Mainframe Developer 
Headstrong is seeking a Mainframe Developer that will be working on a batch optimization project to include optimizing code, jobs, etc. for better batch performance.

Required Skills:
- Expert knowledge in reading complex code of legacy mainframe systems. High proficiency in coding complex COBOL programs that access data stores on the mainframe - primarily DB2, VSAM, and Sequential Files.
- Analyze, design, and implement algorithms to 3x the data in DB2, VSAM, and sequential files.
- Analyze, design and implement JCL and file utilities for the 3x data effort
- Write and/or interpret specifications for implementing the 3x data solutions.
Experience:
Strong 8+ years of experience in Mainframe technologies like COBOL, DB2, JCL, TWS, Syncsort, and VSAM
Experience in CICS
