The practice is clearly divided into two subdivisions (OTC derivatives and listed derivatives) in line with our experience with the differing trading workflows of these instruments, from reduction of broker commission payouts to reconciliation of operations.
About You
As a Headstrong Subject Matter Expert (SME) you play a critical role within our consulting structure and liaise closely with our leadership teams in steering our client and our practice towards new frontiers in industry and technology. You have an in-depth understanding of, and have leveraged technology, business processes and delivery innovation to, identify path-breaking solutions for business and profitability issues in Trade confirmation, Portfolio reconciliation, Trade Capture, Collateral Management, CDS Central Counter Party Clearing, Reconciliation, Reporting, Connectivity, etc. You have published articles, whitepapers, reference papers, frameworks in the recent past and have external certifications and industry credentials as endorsements.
Responsibilities
• Develop, refine and maintain ‘trusted advisor’ relationships with designated and new customers at an Executive CXO level.
• Provide consulting services to customer for business strategies, advisory services and technical solutions.
• Establish leadership level of proficiency of Headstrong’s Derivatives Practice that includes Assessment services, Managed services and Point solutions.
• Enhance understanding of industry and business specific knowledge of OTC and/or Listed Derivatives.
• Demonstrate thought leadership by pro-actively presenting the Services as value-add solutions both internally and externally.
• Services include business strategies and deployment plans, marketing, sales, delivery and development of appropriate delivery guides, collateral and training where needed.
