Senior Associate - all industries 
The Senior Associate will join consulting engagements, provide research for projects and support pre-sales activities. Responsibilities include research, data gathering, data analysis, documentation, and other consulting tasks. Projects can range from strategy to business process design/BPR, IT Planning/IT Grand Design and Project/Program Management. Depending on expertise and preference, the Senior Associate will belong to an Industry Vertical, but can be assigned to other industry projects.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of professional experience with a leading IT or business consulting firm
- Solid experience in research and data gathering
- Ability to research both Japanese and English-language resources
- Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Pro-active and able to work independently
- University degree
- Native Japanese speaker
